Annual Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Annual Subscription at any time directly from your Account Settings. No support ticket or phone call required.

What happens when you cancel:

You retain full access until the end of your current billing period
No further charges will be made
Your assessment history and data remain accessible (read-only) after expiration
Account automatically downgrades to Freemium at renewal date

One-Time Assessment Policy

One-Time Assessment purchases are non-recurring and provide perpetual access to your completed assessment and downloadable PDF report.

Once the full assessment is completed and results are accessed, the purchase is considered final in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Reactivation

You can reactivate your Annual Subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Your previous assessment data and roadmaps will be restored immediately.

Billing resumes at current pricing. Any active promotions will apply.
